Shipping policy
Flat Shipping Fee:
- All orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of $189.00.
- Tile Slabs will require a custom quote. We will contact you with the information once we receive your order
Remote Locations (Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories)
- Shipping rates listed apply only to the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP) require a custom freight quote.
We will contact you with accurate pricing after the order is placed.
Processing Time for In-stock Items:
- In-stock items will generally be processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Time for In-stock Items:
- Once processed, quick ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days
Curbside Delivery:
- All deliveries are curbside only. Our team will not enter properties or buildings. Customers must ensure the delivery location is accessible from the street.
Custom Order Items:
- For items that are not in stock and that require a custom order, we will promptly contact you with an estimated shipping time. This communication will include an approximate timeframe for when the item will be available for shipment.
Shipping Confirmation:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping:
- We currently only offer shipping within the United States. If you require international delivery, please contact us at 212-470-1430 or email us at web@ustiles.com.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Order Tracking:
- You can track your order using the provided tracking information on our website or through the designated shipping carrier's website.
Order Cancellations:
- Order cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellation, and you will be liable to pay for the order.
Damaged Products:
- Although we try to pack our orders the best we can, it does happen on rare occasions that some tiles may break in transit.
- Please email us as soon as possible to web@ustiles.com. Your email should include:

- Amount of pieces/boxes Broken
- Photos of the damaged goods, we will need photos of all damaged pieces
- ANY DAMAGES MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY CREDIT.
