Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from US Tiles. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items within 90 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. 90-Day Returns: You may return eligible items within 90 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we are unable to process any returns.

2. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 

3. Buyer Pays for Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

4. No Returns on Final Sales, Closeouts, and Custom Orders: Items marked as "final sale" or "closeout" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. As well, custom orders can not be returned either. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase of these items.

5. Order Cancellations: Order cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellation, and you will be liable to pay for the order. 

6. Original Undamaged Packaging: Returned items must be in their original and undamaged packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Go to: Returns and follow the steps for your return.

2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including a copy of the original packing slip and the RMA number provided by our customer service team.

3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Once we receive the returned items and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
